Dear Dreamers,

I am delighted to invite you to my Lucid Dreaming Weekend Workshop where we will be journeying into the mysteries of Lucid Dreaming and our Psyche.

For those who are not familiar with Lucid Dreams, these are the dreams in which we know that we are dreaming and we can consciously co-create the dream reality.

About 1/3 of our life we spend sleeping and dreaming unconsciously. Apart from that we are sleep walking in our waking life, caught in Matrix of our thoughts, patterns, habits and conditioning.

I believe that Lucid Dreaming is an essential step on a path to more conscious and mindful living. When you are aware that you are dreaming you simply become conscious in your subconscious mind, which holds all information about yourselves and the world. All your habits, secrets, potentials, fears, unresolved emotions and limited beliefs, as well as the answers to your deepest questions.

At the Workshop:
• You will be learning and practising the techniques
• You will find out about the benefits of this wonderful ancient practice
• You will gain the knowledge about the significance of dreams and their role in creating the waking reality
• You will find out how to heal your body and the mind
• You will explore Lucid Dreaming from the perspective of different cultures, and how it was used as a part of their spiritual practices
• You will explore death and the role of Lucid Dreaming practice in conscious dying
• And many more...

We are meeting in Old Acton Library in Acton Town

• Dress comfortably and bring something to write
• There will be a lunch break so you can bring your own lunch or go to nearby cafes :)

It helps to face and overcome your fears and releases stress from the body which frees the flow of energy so you feel rejuvenated after you wake up.

It's also so much fun! This almost overwhelming, joyous feeling of freedom when you do things you could never do in waking life and getting an experience from a different perspective, your point of view simply expands and you become enriched by the magnitude of different experiences.

When you learn how to Lucid Dream and use it for your growth your waking life changes as well. You feel more grounded in understanding of yourself, you feel more connected to yourself, more calm and mindful. Your confidence is shifting because you are not so much attached to external circumstances, but trust in your own ability to deal with it.

And all that is accessible for you every night for the rest of your life. All you need to do is to do some practice during the day to create a habit of recognising that you are dreaming, which I can teach you on this course :)
