Andy Coley & Jo Wilson are the Confidence Experts and they have taught thousands of people strategies to change their beliefs, see new solutions, feel and sound self-assured, and build an unshakeable bedrock of confidence.

Andy and Jo’s mission is to empower people to develop their self confidence and self-esteem so they can feel comfortable as their true self, live their best life and have fun doing so! As confidence experts the love working with the thousands of people they have trained and coached to show them how to build self-confidence and see the amazing effect this has had on their lives.

The Confidence Lounge is a space where we bring in other speakers to talk alongside ourselves about the subjects each month.

Harriet Waley-Cohen

Harriet Waley-Cohen is happiest when inspiring and empowering others to transform their lives. Having been through multiple transformations herself – leaving a decade long city career for motherhood and entrepreneurship, being over 14 years in recovery from addictions, leaving an unhappy marriage and going on to thrive and flourish, and curing her body of eczema and allergies using diet alone – Harriet is ideally placed to understand the kind of support, commitment, guidance and tools that it takes to make deep root life changes that stick.

Harriet has a BSc in Psychology from UCL, and as a graduate of IIN, is a certified health coach. Harriet also has over 13 years of mentoring women with drug and alcohol issues, and is currently training with One of Many to become one of their certified coaches and speakers.

In recent years, Harriet has built a successful business as a speaker and coach within the corporate and personal development sectors. Harriet’s approach is show people how to become in total partnership with themselves in every area of their life, leading to high levels of confidence, self-esteem, emotional and physical health, pleasure, happiness, life balance and success.

2016 saw Harriet speak for audiences at Barclays, BBC, Imperial College London, Interesting Talks London, Club Soda, UK Health Radio, Pony Express Speakers Club, Unconventional Convention and Hayley Quinn’s events and podcasts as well as numerous other events.

Our monthly face to face live meetup of the Confidence Lounge group, in Central London. We meet on the third tuesday of the month from 6:30pm til 9pm.

Facilitated by Confidence Experts Andy Coley and Jo Wilson, who will be joined by guest speakers who will share with you their hints, tips and information to enable you to grow.

The meetings will be informative, fun, challenging nd will allow you time to connect with other like-minded individuals.
