Discovering Spain: A night with Cinco Jotas, Marqués De Vargas and Osbourne

We are delighted to introduce a new series to Lolo, celebrating the finest Spanish products and craftsmanship. Our journey begins with a special evening in collaboration with Cinco Jotas, Marqués de Vargas, and Osborne, showcasing the legendary acorn-fed Ibérico ham of Jabugo alongside exquisite wines and sherries.

Guests will be treated to a six course menu with highlights including hand-carved slices of Jamón Ibérico 5J, delicate presa carpaccio layered with Payoyo cheese, pomegranate, and pearls of Riofrío caviar, and a tender Ibérico meatball in a silky almond sauce. The evening concludes with a graceful chocolate mousse enriched with Ibérico fat, celebrating Spain’s bold, indulgent flavors.

Every course will be perfectly paired with selected wines from Osborne and Marqués de Vargas, creating a harmonious journey of taste and tradition. This is more than a dinner, it is an unforgettable homage to Spain’s culinary heritage.
