Discovery Day & Networking — Tiverton Workhub (Meet Simon & Jason)

Tiverton Workhub is opening — and we want to build it with you.

Join us on Tuesday 11 November for Discovery Day & Networking. We’re kicking the day off with a focused networking session (10:00–11:30) to help you meet other local business owners, swap ideas and make connections — then we stay open for the rest of the day to answer questions, trial coworking, and capture your ideas for events and services.

Schedule

• 10:00–11:30 — Networking (structured)
  A short welcome from Simon & Jason, followed by facilitated networking (small-group roundtables and quick intros) so you make useful connections fast. Bring a one-line description of your business and what you’re looking for. We’ll invite you to sign up to themed tables (marketing, retail, funding, etc.) when you register.
• 11:30–16:00 — Drop-in: Q&A, coworking & sign-ups
  Stay on to ask questions, work at a desk, book 1:1 clinics, or register interest in workshops, pop-ups and peer groups. The space will be open for casual coworking and conversations all afternoon.

• Meet the new management team, Simon & Jason, local experienced small-business experts
• A practical, friendly 90-minute networking session to build your local connections
• Drop-in clinics, sign-ups for future workshops and pop-up opportunities
• Space to work, meet potential collaborators or test ideas in a pop-up area
• Tea, coffee and homemade biscuits served all day

Ideas we’re exploring
Practical workshops (marketing, cashflow), peer networking, 1:1 clinics/mentoring, pop-up retail / meet-the-buyer, accountability groups, social media support, online playbacks, funding & sustainability help.

Local small-business owners, freelancers, makers and anyone thinking of starting a business in Tiverton — whether you want to run events, use the space, or simply shape what’s offered.
