Tired, Stressed, Lacking Energy??

How would it feel to know that you can overcome stress through my 5 stage meditation programme?

You are not alone in feeling tired, stressed or lacking energy. Hundreds of people have benefited from my programme and medical research shows that meditation can help improve your stress levels, sleep, emotional balance, energy levels and a range of health issues.

If you want to experience the results of meditation yourself and get a “taster “of my programme, then a Discovery session is the ideal next step for you at this time.

As part 1 of my on-going 5-stage meditation programme, you will spend 75 minutes with me and other like-minded people who, like you, want to experience a taste of meditating in a small group environment before committing to the next stage of my programme.

* Classes are often full so it best to register as soon as possible.

* Once registration is complete you will receive an email with further information

* If one of these dates does not appear in the drop down box then it is now full and you will need to choose an alternative start date/time.

- Introduction to the first stage of my simple 5-stage programmexxxx

- A De-stress Tip you can use anywhere, anytime stress is taking hold of you

- Time for questions and sharing experiences

Who better to learn meditation from than an ex-corporate professional?


Julie Smith
is the founder of Nature Meditations and creator of the 5 step programme to mastering meditation for ultimate health and wellbeing. With over 20 years of corporate management experience, she knows first-hand the stresses and struggles of working in a corporate environment and living in a busy city.


She experienced the transformation that meditation brings to life while working in the financial sector in London. Now, Julie provides various non-religious meditation services including retreats, weekly classes, advanced classes, private sessions, corporate talks, audio programmes and a ‘sleep system’.
Her teachings are based on her 5 concepts of mediation which blends both traditional and modern meditation methods. She has practised all over the world, including Nepal, India, Thailand, Canada, Italy and the UK. Her main mentors, Dr. Ravi Ratan and Alan Wallace, are both highly regarded in their fields.

Julie has taught meditation to over a thousand people and with her guidance you too can go from a place where you are feeling tired, stressed and unhealthy to a place where you are feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and fulfilled
