Discovery Zone

For our session in June we are delighted to welcome Mindfulness teacher Shirley McCorquodale. Shirley will lead an introductions into the many benefits of mindfulness, followed by a 30 minute body scan.

The Discovery Zone is a fun-filled experience where you can explore and learn about a wide range of fascinating topics. With hands-on activities, and engaging sessions, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Come join us for a varried selecion of adult events at Larbert Library.
