Free educational workshop for Durham University students and staff, athletes, dancers, coaches, researchers and healthcare professionals. All welcome to this event to find out how to optimise your health and performance based on research at Durham University

Why?

Early identification of those at risk of RED-S can help prevent adverse consequences on health and performance. Research at Durham University has found strategies to identify those at risk and support optimising health and so improve athletic performance. Come to the event to find out how to optimise your athletic performance

What?

RED-S can occur in male and female athletes and dancers of all ages and levels. Insufficient energy availability to meet demands of training and staying healthy, results in suboptimal health and therefore athletic performance below potential for the individual.
