Event description

Description

Join us for a talk about the history of the Commercial Library by Jean Bradburn, local history author & former librarian. Originally suggested by Benjamin Disraeli, the service has been supporting the city’s entrepreneurs and
businesses since opening in the Royal Exchange in 1919. Since Central Library re-opened five years ago, the service is now known as the Business & Intellectual Property Centre Manchester.

Former and current staff will be on hand to share their memories!
