About the Event:
Disrupting the Matrix is a radical, affirming space by and for women who are navigating change, rewriting the rules of work, purpose, and success- proving that starting over can happen at any age and starting over isn't failure.
This is not your typical career event.
We’re ditching the networking scripts and the “climb the ladder” energy. This is a gathering for women who are done playing by the rules that never fit.
It’s an honest, grounding, inspiring gathering where women share real, non-linear journeys- the pivots, pauses, "OMG what am I doing ??? moments" and second starts that don’t make the LinkedIn highlight reel but shape who we are. Think of it like pulling up a chair to a group of friends talking honestly about the pivots, the breakdowns, the bold leaps and the lessons you don’t usually hear on stage.
What to Prepare:
Come as you are- curious, uncertain, dreaming big or just figuring it out. Leave with courage and a sense of community you can carry forward. Because success isn’t a straight line, you’re not behind and you don't need to have it all figured out.
