Responding directly to the immersive art exhibition Aurorae, curated by global curatorial initiative capitArtX, for this special occasion on the 15th of March, curator and researcher Huma Kabakci and multidisciplinary artist and chef Kawther Luay present Dissolving Echoes: An Edible Art Installation prompting conversations and themes around femininity, digital technology, and identity while responding to the exhibition's key concepts Form and Flow.

Dissolving Echoes is an expansive and more site-specific iteration of Freudian Bites, but instead of being in a domestic setting, the banquet-like edible structure responds to the Art'otel Hoxton's surroundings and the exhibition concept. Playing with different levels of heights and interactive elements such as stacked canapés, edible spheres, and dips poured at the table. The banquet table serves as a gradient that transitions from structured (Form) to fluid (Flow). Featuring geometric, sculptural food arrangements shifting to a more organic, deconstructed, and flowing food presentations by Kabakci and Luay, the installation doesn't only act as an aesthetic element but also invites guests to engage with all their senses from being able to touch, smell, weigh, test solidity, texture, and temperature of the food.

Every last Thursday of the month, in a domestic setting, Huma Kabakci invites you to a curated, intimate dining experience with a guest artist to create dialogues and digest ideas. These bite-sized meals with four small courses will provoke ideas, test the senses, and make a gathering space for creativity, nourishment, and generating ideas. Freudian Bites isn't only a play on psychoanalysis but also adds a playful twist to each curated evening. This edible supper club series brings together food, art, and conversation in a unique format designed to stimulate your palate and mind.

NOTE: The event will take place in the main immersive exhibition venue, where participants can enjoy Aurorae exhibition, showcasing a remarkable lineup of global artists, while taking part in this unique edible art installation event.
