About this event

The science of Entreprenology teaches that startups— even established businesses—don’t fail because their ideas are bad; more often, they struggle because their founders cling to a single, static model. What works today may not work tomorrow. Flux is the only constant.

One of the biggest barriers to adaptability is the attachment to a final outcome. A startup is not a machine with a set destination—it’s a living, breathing organism that needs continuous care and transformation to thrive.

Successful entrepreneurs aren’t those who chase a fixed outcome, but those who can adapt, evolve, and respond to uncertainty with creativity. According to Entreprenology, creativity is one of the three core pillars of the entrepreneurial flow state—yet creativity needs space to thrive.

This workshop introduces Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy (EXA), one of the three pillars of Entreprenology as a tool for dissolving the attachment to outcomes, strengthening adaptability, and embracing uncertainty as a space for innovation.

Through hands-on creative exploration, you’ll learn to tune into what is needed in the moment, make resonant choices, and keep your startup resilient in the face of change.

No prior art experience is required. The process is about tapping into your innate ability to think and feel creatively, not about making art for its own sake.

Join us to release rigid expectations, unlock new possibilities, and cultivate resilience in your entrepreneurial journey.

Frequently asked questions

I’m not artistic. Can I still attend this workshop?

Of course! No prior art experience is required. This workshop isn’t about making art for its own sake but about using creative exploration to develop adaptability. If anything, a beginner’s mind can be even more effective in this work.

What is Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy (EXA)?

EXA is a multidisciplinary creative approach that engages movement, sound, writing, and visual expression to access new perspectives. By shifting between modalities, we bypass rigid thinking patterns and open up new ways of problem-solving and decision-making.

How does this apply to entrepreneurship?

Entrepreneurship requires adaptability, but many founders get stuck trying to force a specific outcome. This workshop helps you recognize where attachment to a fixed result may be limiting your business growth and teaches you to embrace change as a space for innovation.

What if I already have a structured business plan?

That’s great! This workshop won’t ask you to abandon your plan but to work with it in a way that allows for flexibility and responsiveness. Adaptability doesn’t mean having no structure—it means knowing when to shift and adjust as needed.

Will I have to share my work?

Sharing is always optional. The focus is on your personal process, and you’ll only share what feels comfortable for you.

What should I bring?

Mainly just yourself and an open mind! As the workshop is online, we won't be able to provide materials, so the minimum we ask of you is to bring a notebook, pen, pencil, eraser and blank paper. Any other materials (colored pencils, crayons, markers, paints) are welcome but not compulsory.
