Dissolving Outcomes and Embracing Innovation
Overview
The science of Entreprenology teaches that startups— even established businesses—don’t fail because their ideas are bad; more often, they struggle because their founders cling to a single, static model. What works today may not work tomorrow. Flux is the only constant.
One of the biggest barriers to adaptability is the attachment to a final outcome. A startup is not a machine with a set destination—it’s a living, breathing organism that needs continuous care and transformation to thrive.
Successful entrepreneurs aren’t those who chase a fixed outcome, but those who can adapt, evolve, and respond to uncertainty with creativity. According to Entreprenology, creativity is one of the three core pillars of the entrepreneurial flow state—yet creativity needs space to thrive.
This workshop introduces Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy (EXA), one of the three pillars of Entreprenology as a tool for dissolving the attachment to outcomes, strengthening adaptability, and embracing uncertainty as a space for innovation.
Through hands-on creative exploration, you’ll learn to tune into what is needed in the moment, make resonant choices, and keep your startup resilient in the face of change.
No prior art experience is required. The process is about tapping into your innate ability to think and feel creatively, not about making art for its own sake.
Join us to release rigid expectations, unlock new possibilities, and cultivate resilience in your entrepreneurial journey.

We’ll begin by opening the space together, setting a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. You’ll be introduced to Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy (EXA) and the theme of the workshop, with plenty of space for questions and discussion.
Group Check-in & Grounding
Each participant will have an opportunity to introduce themselves in a way that feels comfortable. We’ll then engage in simple, guided bioenergetic practices to help settle into the body, release tension, and arrive fully in the present moment.
Visualisation
A gentle, guided visualisation will help awaken the senses, open creative pathways, and provide a smooth transition into the art-making process.
