About this Event
Event information:
Professor John Grisby
Perfect storms are a rare combination of circumstances that combine to drastically aggravate an event. This is exactly what is happening in every sector at the moment - including sports - which will require a different set of skills to lead effectively. Today, and on the horizon, sports is experiencing accelerated change, complexity and difficult problems. We will take a unique approach analysing why today's leadership is not enough to solve tomorrow's problems.
John Grisby is both a Professor in Practice of Leadership and Management and the Managing Partner at Grey Matter Global Ltd., a leadership strategy consultancy. He helps prepare and shift sports businesses and leaders from pre-digital age skills '3.0' to digital age '4.0'. He is an expert in integrating unified science and academia with real-world applications to solve difficult problems and achieve results.
