Distributed Workforce: New Risks and Opportunities
The need for organisations to assess a distributed workforce model is paramount in this new world of work. COVID-19 combined with new and evolving employer regulations and country-by-country taxation laws across Europe has created distributed workforce related compliance, payroll, and tax related challenges which need to be taken into consideration at a strategic level.
Whether it’s addressing the EU Posted Workers Directive, managing Permanent Establishment risk, or tackling changes in cross border commuting habits, organisations need new approaches, tools and data to effectively manage distributed workforces, remain compliant, and keep employees safe.
Join this virtual roundtable to share experiences, insights and explore how we can elevate our policies to stay ahead of regulatory and fiscal policy changes.
Talking points will include:
-Changes in cross-border working regulations
-Impacts of a distributed workforce on policy-making to address compliance and risk
-Insights into your distributed workforce to ensure audit readiness
-New legislation and regulations introduced in both Europe and across the globe
-Future plans for your workforce: what is the new normal?
