Description

Heat networks are the most energy efficient way of heating houses as well as being an environmentally friendly solution and future-proof. In this seminar, we will focus on practical ways of reaching low or zero carbon by connecting to heat networks (district heating). We will look at how district heating can help deliver energy efficient homes, tackle fuel poverty, reduce carbon emissions and improve energy security, and examples from Danish cities and Birmingham will be presented.

The conference is organised by The Royal Danish Embassy in partnership with West Midlands Combined Authority, Birmingham City Council and Ramboll and is supported by RIBA.
