Ditch the Cape, is a powerful interactive event, created to support women in eliminating self betrayal, and strengthening their sense of self.

What will my day look like?
- The event will kick off with a chance to mingle and connect with other like-minded women in a relaxed atmosphere, over a group lunch.
- Following your meal, get ready for some fun! As your host Suzan, guides you into a lively activity designed to energize the room.
- Once everyone is warmed up and spirits are high, the workshop will commence, where you'll have the opportunity to learn, interact, share your questions, get answers, and grow in a supportive environment.
- The day will culminate in an engaging talk that encourages you to "Ditch the Cape and Bin the Hustle " .
Based on grounded psychotherapeutic insight, and relatable anecdotal experiences, enjoy this opportunity to invest in your well-being, and connect with a community of supportive women.

- Who is my host & facilitator?
Suzan, is an Educator, Trauma informed practitioner, and TEDx speaker.
She has trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, from Trauma informed energy work such as reiki, mentoring and coaching, to MET, Positive Parenting, and Psychotherapeutic Counselling which she is training in currently.
With 8 years of working experience in supporting individuals with their wellbeing and mental health, she is passionate about working with the elements, such as incorporating nature, movement, and somatic work, and taking a holistic approach towards her client’s healing journey.
Prior to her work within the field of mental health and wellbeing, she worked as teacher and educator and trained as a public speaker, where she also had the privilege to give a TED talk.
In her personal time she is an avid lover of the outdoors, and enjoys hiking and exploring, something that her own healing journey led her to. She runs the Hiking Girlies, a local Empowerement & Community group, and she is the Founder of Modern Mind Therapy.
