What's on? A 90-minute underwater resistance training session to help you improve breath control, boost mental strength, and stay calm under pressure.
Through guided apnea-based training, you’ll build CO₂ tolerance, enhance your water confidence, and strengthen your mindset — both in and out of the surf.
Whether you're working up to bigger waves, training for hold-downs, or just curious to explore the connection between breath and resilience, Lauren creates a supportive space to dive in at your own pace, one breath at a time.
Things to consider:
- Bring a swimsuit, goggles, a small snack and water.
- We’ll head to 45 Queen Street for a girls’ dinner after. If you wish to join, please bring a change of clothes.
- Open to all levels (you don’t need to know how to swim properly, but it’s advised that you’re comfortable in the water).
Location: Penzance Leisure Centre Pool. Please arrive 20 minutes before to allow you to change and meet the rest of the group.
