This October, join us for a tasting that celebrates the heart of Italy. From the rolling hills of Tuscany to the coastal vineyards of Lazio and the rugged landscapes of Umbria, Central Italy is home to some of the country’s most distinctive and expressive wines.
Our evening will feature a handpicked selection of five wines that showcase the diversity of the region: crisp and aromatic whites, robust and soulful reds, and a luscious sweet wine to close the night. Each wine will be paired with small, seasonal bites to highlight its flavours, offering a taste of Italian hospitality with every glass.
Guiding us through the evening will be guest host Aimee Brookes, WSET Level 3 certified wine enthusiast with a passion for sharing the joy of wine. Her journey began on a vineyard tour in Australia’s Hunter Valley, where she discovered the magic of wine and the stories behind it! That spark grew during a series of vineyard visits while travelling, and soon after, she began taking WSET qualifications to deepen her knowledge and expertise.
