Dive in the REEF
Overview
Join us for an evening where we discover the path to Rhythm, Empathy, Empowerment and Flow.
Arrival 5pm for 5:30pm.
Followed by a networking reception and book signing.
Professor Ioannis S. Pantelidis invites you to celebrate the launch of his new book: REEF: Transformational Leadership, a work that redefines what it means to lead with purpose, empathy, and vision. A book that combines inspiration from our partnerships and teams in Northern Ireland as well as the natural environment of Greece. Like the living reef, interconnected, adaptive, and vibrant, transformational leadership is about creating environments where people and ideas flourish together. REEF explores how leaders can cultivate Relationships, Empathy, Empowerment, and Future-focus to drive lasting change and resilience across organisations and communities. This special event is also our opportunity to thank our industry partners and celebrate three amazing years of sustained collaboration and support. Your engagement has been instrumental in shaping our department’s work, research, and the learning experiences of our students. Together, we’ve built something that truly mirrors the essence of the REEF model a thriving ecosystem of innovation and shared purpose.
