“Employ digital technologies to take your business to the next-level” - a workshop delivered as part of the ERDF-funded LEADD:NG programme
About this event
- Are you a creative person running a small business?
- Are you creating products that you love but you find yourself wanting to know more about the skills you need to market them?
Individuals and small enterprises commonly struggle with building a sustained success for their creative business while still focusing on the core values of the business and on the creative process (i.e., on the unique, artistic or artisan products they are creating). Such businesses usually have a limited knowledge of business models, marketing strategies, consumer needs and wants, etc.
Session Overview
In this session, our LEADD:NG expert in digital marketing innovation, Dr Elena Francu, will introduce an array of ideas for ways to improve your business by diversifying your existing products and services, while still maintaining its core values.
Digital content and immersive technologies provide a rich avenue of opportunities to diversify products; we will delve into these possibilities and explore how they might be tapped into to expose new revenue streams that expand and strengthen your business.
The session will be grounded in real-world case studies to help you actively reflect on your own practices.
You will have the chance to explore which elements of your current business you would like to workshop further during a follow-up Focus event.
This is an is an online event held via MS Teams, joining instructions will be emailed prior to the event.
