About this event

Please note that this session is for individuals, small charities and community groups in the Royal Borough of Kingston, and neighbouring boroughs only.

These are challenging times for the voluntary sector and sustainable income is a key concern for many VCSE leaders. This webinar will consider what steps charities can take to strengthen their resilience, to diversify and expand their income in order to meet increased demand – and ultimately, continue to deliver impact.

This will be an interactive session and participants are encouraged to share their experiences to learn and develop through connecting with one another.

By the end of the webinar, you will:

- Understand the importance of strategic planning to support sustainability

- Understand the different factors to consider when diversifying income

- Be able to identify opportunities and areas for growth
