Mary Eniolu is an Author, Speaker, Trainer and Coach and CEO of Can Do Academy, a professional training and development company helping organisations build high performing teams and create cultures where people love working together to achieve outstanding results.

Mary loves helping organisations succeed in Diversity and Inclusion. In her words "I am passionate about this topic because I believe for us to continue to innovate and grow and expand, we need diversity of thought, and diversity of thought can only truly come from a diversity of representation and even more so, a culture of inclusion."

Mary has over 30 years of legal experience, including over 15 years running her own Lexcel accredited law firm and brings her years of legal and lived experience to her handling of this topic. She has facilitated Diversity and Inclusion sessions for several organisations including NatWest Bank and the Kent and Surrey Law Societies.
