Specifically targeted at HR professionals and hiring managers, our Diversity and Talent training takes place over 3 lunchtime sessions.
This training is ideal if you are at the beginning of your diversity journey or if you are a business that wants to do more around diversity but is not sure where to start.
It will give you the tools and expertise that an in-house diversity and inclusion specialist would, without the extra headcount!
What will I learn?
Session 1: You will learn how to engage your senior leaders around the value of diversity and begin the journey of creating an inclusive culture.
Session 2: Learn how to attract a diverse talent pool to your organisation. Analysing your recruitment process from the way you advertise, to how you interview, to ensure that you are diverse and inclusive in your approach and securing the best talent for your business.
Session 3: Finally we will teach you how to retain your diverse talent, initiatives you can implement and best practice to put in place. This will help you become a diverse employer of choice and further build an inclusive culture within your business.
Each session takes place 3 times throughout the year so you can choose the most convenient time for you.
