Event description

Description

Hear all about the history of diversity in nursing, and how nurses from a huge range of different backgrounds have shaped patient care today. Find out why this diversity is important, and consider new innovations for the future of nursing and patient care.

This event has been organised by Manchester Central Branch, and is only open to RCN members from Manchester Central. Bookings are for full day places and certificates of attendance are available for those who complete the full day. You can check if you're a member of the Manchester Central branch by looking at MyRCN.

Not a member of the RCN? Come along from 4.30 for a public talk exploring the history of LGBT nursing with Tommy Dickinson, or join one of the RCN Library and Archives free events at www.rcnlibraries.eventbrite.com

If you're a nurse, health care support worker, midwife or nursing student, join the RCN here.
