Developing Effective Strategies for Courageous Conversations that lead to real progress for inclusive leadership and for a diverse workforce.


Having a Courageous Conversation takes preparation, confidence and skill. The aim of this workshop is to support managers and leaders at any level to advance their ability in having effective, straight forward conversations within a diverse workforce. In doing so develop an inclusive culture embracing diversity and inclusion, making it integral for business success.

The programme is designed to be challenging and interactive to equip participants with both the skills and the confidence they need to have courageous conversations with their staff/teams.

Aim

To build confidence & competence in the area of ‘Courageous Conversations’ empowering each participant to take positive steps forward in effectively tackling a difficult conversation in their workplace - in particular where there are cultural insensitiveness, conversations that have been avoided or dreaded for fear of it all going badly and conflict.

There will be Pre – course preparation for each participant or team attending.

Please come prepared to participate fully - the workshop will be interactive and include Roundtable Courageous Conversations and Mastermind Hot seat sessions.
