It will explore barriers to increasing activity levels and ways to support people living with arthritis to incorporate more activity into their lives
Bio: Jake Sanders, Programme and Partnership Manager for Scotland at Arthritis UK. I’ve been with the charity for 4 years and supporting people with long term conditions to move more for nearly 7 years. My background is an exercise referral specialist who came into working for Arthritis UK
