Summary: An interactive session talking through arthritis, its impact on people, how arthritis disproportionately affects minoritised communities, and how exercise can help people manage arthritis. It will explore barriers to increasing activity levels and ways to support people living with arthritis to incorporate more activity into their lives


Bio: Jake Sanders, Programme and Partnership Manager for Scotland at Arthritis UK. I’ve been with the charity for 4 years and supporting people with long term conditions to move more for nearly 7 years. My background is an exercise referral specialist who came into working for Arthritis UK
