Eiddo deallusol yw amddiffyniad cyfreithiol buddsoddiad mewn brandio, dylunio, technoleg a chreadigedd. Bob blwyddyn ar 26 Ebrill mae Sefydliad Eiddo Deallusol y Byd (asiantaeth arbenigol y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar gyfer eiddo deallusol) yn cynnal gŵyl fyd-eang i annog creadigrwydd, menter ac arloesedd.
Thema eleni yw 'ED ac Ieuenctid'. Rydym felly wedi dehongli thema eleni fel dathliad o greadigrwydd, menter ac arloesedd pobl ifanc Cymru.

Intellectual property is the legal protection of investment in branding, design, technology and creativity. Every year on 26 April the World Intellectual Property Organization (the UN specialist agency for intellectual property) holds a worldwide festival to encourage creativity, enterprise and innovation.
This year's theme is 'IP and Youth'. We have therefore interpreted this year's theme as a celebration of the creativity, enterprise and innovation of the young people of Wales.
There will be a lunchtime seminar between 12:30 and 14:00 , which you can attend online or in person, and an all-day exhibition of the Welsh space industry at M-SParc, feel free to drop in!
At the seminar, Darius James of Ballet Cymru will represent Welsh creativity. Tom Burke of Haia will represent Welsh enterprise. Nia Roberts will represent Welsh innovation. Sean Thomas of Thomas Harrison IP will explain how brands and innovation can be protected by trade mark and design registration and patents and Jane Lambert will talk about copyrights and rights in performances in publishing and entertainment.
The Enterprise Hub is part Funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.
