About
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) is a world-renowned system for assessing, treating and training movement. Developed in Prague in the 90s, it’s used from rehab to elite sports performance. Recently popularised in the UK by Dr Peter Attia’s Outlive and his podcast The Drive, DNS is now recognised as a key tool for longevity and peak performance.
As a DNS Exercise Trainer, you’ll learn to assess clients and build programs that fix instability, asymmetry and movement dysfunction, helping them move better, reduce pain and unlock athletic potential.
The skills you gain will transform how you coach, from core exercises to deadlifts, yoga and beyond.
