Have you ever seen an unfit boxer? Well this is why boxing will teach you everything you need to know to be in shape.
We are giving you a chance to try beginners boxing, learn the basics and practice on the pads for 4 weeks.
training is one of the most demanding whole-body workouts; increased muscle-tone, lowered body-fat, improved reflexes and aerobic fitness are some of the many benefits you can expect, not to mention actually learning the sweet science itself!
About the Boxing Trainer
Ben Green is a Boxing Trainer, Fitness Expert and a setter and believer in Long Term Goals. A highly motivational fitness coach who will get you pushing your limits in one session.
About the Organiser - Chris Murphy
I once did a Boxing Course and it changed my life in many ways. It taught me the importance of self discipline and to maintain my fitness.
I did a boxing course and it benefited me massively not only in my fitness but in my confidence. Just like learning to swim, it could save your life one day if someone was to start a fight with you, this will give you a lot more physical presence and confident in life. Also I developed quite a passion for boxing from doing Ben's course.
Altogether there will be 8 lessons, every Tuesday at 6:45am and Friday at 7am (Note that this is near Waterloo)
So this will start on Tuesday 18th October and finish on Friday 11th October.
The total cost for this course is for £140 Only. A £50 deposit is required and the final £90 will be made on the course on the 18th.
