Come join us at Pop & Rest for a workshop that will help you reach your sleeping potential. With tips and tricks up our sleeves, our passion lies in making you lie (haha!). Reaching your sleeping potential means reaching your non-sleeping one too!

Come learn how integral sleeping and napping is and how you could be a more productive person because of it. Our event features:

  • A short talk on the benefits of napping

  • Tips from an expert in sleep

  • 30 minutes of sleeping practice: best position, breathing, concentration

  • Tea and fruit post-session!
