Doctoral College Free Museum/Gallery visit: National Portrait Gallery

Join the Doctoral College on a trip to one of London's many free entry museums and galleries. Each month we'll meet at the North entrance to Bush house at 13.00 before heading off to a museum or gallery that has free entry and after spending some time wandering around it we'll head to a local cafe for some coffee/tea and cake!

This month we'll be visiting the National Portrait Gallery(https://www.npg.org.uk/) with portraits panning six centuries, whose artworks reveal the inspiring and sometimes surprising personal stories that have shaped, and continue to shape a nation - from global icons to local champions, national treasures to unsung heroes.
