This event is open to all, not just doctors. However, you have to be over 18 years old

Why have I not heard of Lu Jong Yoga Before?

This is an ancient once-secret practice that has only been taught in the UK for 10-15 years. Deniah was the first teacher of Lu Jong in England. She has been teaching when time permitted, alongside her medical job.

I have never done yoga before. Is this suitable for beginners.

Lu Jong is great for beginners as the movements are very simple, but effective as they work on a deeper level in the body.

What happens if I can't attend?

A partial refund is offered depending on how close to the event you cancel. 90% refund 3 weeks before the event, 50% refund 2 weeks before the event. If you are unable to attend, we can offer you a 50% discount at a future event.
