Course Aim:

To give Activity Providers practical ways to document their work and show the value and impact of what they do. This course helps participants build confidence in capturing outcomes, gathering evidence, and celebrating success in ways that matter to people and inspectors.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

· Understand why documenting activity provision is important for recognition and improvement.

· Use simple and effective tools to record participation, feedback, and outcomes.

· Gather stories, photos, and quotes that show the difference activities make to people’s lives.

· Reflect on what works well and use evidence to shape future activity planning.

· Communicate their impact clearly and confidently, whether for inspections, reports, or team meetings

Certificates of attendance will only be issued to attendees who attend for the whole of the session.This course will be delivered via ZOOM and will include, presentations, discussion and reflection, case studies, videos and demonstrations. Please make sure that you are familiar with using ZOOM.
