Shaking is an innate stress-release response found in all mammals.

Through TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), the body is gently encouraged to release long-held muscular tension via natural, neurogenic tremoring.

TRE helps move the nervous system out of survival mode (fight/flight) and back into balance (rest/digest/safety).

Many people experience improved relaxation, better sleep, reduced tension, fewer aches, pains,less anxiety, anger ... greater resilience, burnout prevention, better relationships ...

This informal information session includes:

  • an introduction to TRE®
  • a demonstration of the tremoring process
  • space to ask your questions
