Event Details

Hear about the latest news from the French offshore wind sector.

France has the second wind resource in Europe after the UK and an estimated capacity totalling 220 GW for both fixed and floating. The first turbine was inaugurated in October and procurement for commercial fixed farms is ongoing.

In this session we will take a look at the sector potential and government framework to give you an understanding of the background. Then we will look at where the projects stand and who the key players are, highlighting business opportunities in the process. Finally we will review upcoming events and next steps to develop a foot print in the market.

Mia Barclay, Renewable Energies TradeBusiness Development Manager for DIT France will present and take your questions.

We look forward to seeing you there.

In partnership with the Department for International Trade, in association with EEEGR.
