About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Latin America, comprising 700 million people across 20+ countries, is a region that has been overlooked by UK exporters for too long, despite some long-standing trade agreements with LatAm nations. However, in the last year, UK-LatAm trade has seen a double boost: firstly, its total annual value, though relatively small compared to some other global markets, grew substantially; and secondly, the UK’s accession to the CPTPP bloc is simplifying trading arrangements, potentially leading to reduced costs, lower regulatory risk, and greater synergies.

Accounting for 2-3% of UK trade, Latin America’s markets offer an important opportunity for export growth and partnership development.

This course aims to give delegates an overview of Latin America and its markets for UK exporters, along with practical knowledge to enable them to do business successfully there.

It includes a special focus on the implications of the UK’s CPTPP trade agreement, and the opportunities it has released.

This masterclass is suitable for company managing directors, directors, senior managers, sales managers and marketing managers.
