Description

Matt O'Leary, Professor of Education at Birmingham City University will be joining us. This session will cover the conceptualisation and implementation of an innovative approach to observing teaching and learning as part of a faculty development project in an English university. By reconceptualising and reconfiguring the application of observation as a method, our approach has opened up new opportunities for the way in which it can be used as a catalyst for developing collegial understanding of what constitutes excellence in learning and teaching and how best to achieve this.
