Will I need more than one session?

Like any mindset work, it’s often about working with layers. The more you clear each layer, the freer you become. Some clients have worked on this with me and never had to have another session because they’ve already done a lot of inner mindset work, and have been able to make massive shifts quickly

I can't dowse. Can I still have a session?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, yes you can. I guide you through the process. All you need is a glass of water, a blankie and to get yourself comfy with our video call.

I don't know what to start with, there is so much, can you help?

Accepted Answer

Don’t worry about what to start with, I’ll help with that and the beauty is you don’t need to tell me anything about any life events, that remains private to you.

Will I need to carry on doing anything after the session to stop it from coming back?

Accepted Answer

Once you've released or shifted a core belief or emotion, it won’t return in the same way. You might notice a version of it show up again, but only if a new life experience triggers it.

What can I expect in a session?

Accepted Answer

You show up (via Zoom). I tune in — using a pendulum and my Mind Your Mind map to gently pinpoint the emotional and energetic knots you're carrying. These might show up as overwhelm, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, fear of being seen — whatever’s standing in your way.

What can I expect after a session?

Everyone responds differently to energy work — some people feel super energised, others feel like they need a nap! It’s a good idea to clear your diary afterwards if you can… you might fancy a cosy blankie and sofa snuggle time, or you might suddenly want to reorganise your entire house. Either way,
