🌸Our 12 week Domestic Abuse and Healthy Relationships Programme has been designed by survivors, for survivors.
🌸We understand the journey of healing because we have walked it ourselves, and we bring that lived experience into every session.
🌸Grounded in a feminine and holistic approach, the programme creates a safe, supportive space where participants can gently explore the impact of abuse, rebuild self-worth, and develop tools for healthier relationships over 12 weeks (term time).
🌸We focus not only on understanding patterns of harm, but also on nurturing resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment. Each week blends guided discussions, reflective exercises, and practical strategies to support emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
🌸Topics include recognising unhealthy dynamics, setting boundaries, communication skills, self-care practices, and cultivating trust and connection.
🌸By the end of the programme, survivors will have:
