Domestic Abuse in Young People's Relationships - Teen DASH RIC - County

Duration: 3.5 hours 

Developed and delivered by experts from Juno Women's Aid, this 3.5 hour training focuses on understanding and effectively using the Teen DASH RIC.

What you'll learn 

Our training session will cover the use of the young person’s DASH-RIC form. You will gain valuable insights and practical guidance on: 

• The dynamics of domestic abuse in young people's intimate relationships 

• Risk assessment tailored for young people 

• Completing a detailed DASH 

• Adapting methods and approaches specifically for young people 

• Support services available and referral routes for young people experiencing domestic abuse 

• Making MARAC referrals accurately and with professional judgment 

• Best practices for conducting a DASH-RIC with a young person
