Dominique Cancellieri-Decroze invites you to share the crucial role of mentoring program managers in building successful mentoring programs inside organisations: Which knowledge, know-how and training do they need?

Implementing successful Mentoring programs inside organizations requires strong support and qualified professionnals. Depending on the size of the organization, these professionals may be internal coaches, from Learning and Development or HR teams. These mentoring program managers/coordinators/administrators can also be supported by external experts. Most of the time, both internal and external professionals are necessary. Their role is crucial to build, develop and support high quality mentoring programs.

This session is about exchanging on good practices about the necessary knowledge, skills and know-hows of these mentoring program managers, and how to develop their skills or recognize their role.

As a mentoring expert, Dominique Cancellieri-Decroze has created her own company, Mentorz Consulting, to assist organizations in the management of their Mentoring programs. Trained as Coach in 2012, she was in charge of the EMCC France working group on Mentoring from 2013 to 2018. Convinced that experience-sharing and mutual support in the workplace has a powerful impact on individual and organizational health, she has been working in two networks Capmentorat (France) and MentoringCo (international). The EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) is an internationally recognised accreditation for providers of mentoring/coaching training to make their qualifications/training widely and immediately recognisable. This is done through linking them to professional standards. It is an integral and essential step on the path to establishing the professional credibility and status of mentoring/coaching.

EMCC has a dynamic framework for assessment based on extensive consultation and the most comprehensive competence research produced to date to inform mentoring/coaching and supervision professional standards and practice. The emphasis of the EMCC Global Accreditation process is to raise standards while acknowledging and celebrating existing excellence, prior learning and experience.

The EMCC Global Supervision Individual Award (ESIA) is an internationally recognised accreditation that demonstrates that an individual practising as a professional mentor/coach supervisor has the appropriate level of knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively in his/her practice.

The EMCC Global Supervision Quality Award (ESQA) is an internationally recognised accreditation for mentoring/coaching supervision training programmes. Programmes attaining the ESQA are recognised by the EMCC as having met stringent professional standards.
