About this Event
Join us online every Sunday at 11am from the comfort of your own home for an hour of movement, in support of the incredible, Edinburgh based mental health charity 'Health In mind.' This class is designed to relax, release and invigorate our bodies and minds and is open to complete beginners and regulars alike. This class is free to join but donations are welcome and go to help the incredible work of Health In Mind such as their befriending services to help those experiencing isolation and loneliness, art therapy classes and trauma informed counselling sessions.
What you'll need:
Comfy clothes, a mat, any cushions and cosy blankets you'd like for practise, a device to stream the class and a sturdy internet connection.
You will receive the class Zoom link 30 mins before class starts and we've written a guide with a few tips on how to set up for class at home which you can check out here!
