Join the Grundy team for a relaxed tour of our summer exhibition Donkey Work , a group exhibition that explores the historic and cultural impact of the donkey through themes of labour, leisure, value and wealth by past and present artists.
Donkey Work includes work by: Marina Abramović, Richard Ansdell, Alfred Bennett, Andrea Büttner, Sarah Dobai, Richard Eurich, Laura Ford, Frederik Goodall, Lubaina Himid, Paul Nash, Şener Özmen & Erkan Özgen, Arthur Segal and Annie Whiles.
Alongside Donkey Work, Grundy is also presenting its ongoing programme of Collection Spotlight exhibition, Horse Power. This exhibition displays work from the Grundy collection that shows how the horse is used by artists as a symbol of work and leisure.
