About this Event

Don’t drive before you know where you’re going. Duh. But we forget all the time, especially when it comes to sales and marketing. We start posting, emailing, calling, speaking, eventing, blogging, paying, and then screaming that it’s not working and wreaking with desperation. You can’t do everything all at once even if you pay an army of marketers. So the question is: where do you start?

This workshop is a resource for anyone who needs help prioritising their sales and marketing activities. Whether you’re just getting something started or feel that you can get more traction, but you’re not sure how, we’ll make sure that you walk out with more clarity on where to put your time and financial efforts tomorrow.

When you leave you’ll:

  • Clearly see your current state
  • Hold the first iteration of your future state including measurable goals
  • Have identified your top three sales priorities
  • Understand the advantages, disadvantages and cost expectations of DIY, in house and agency marketing options
  • Have the information you need to determine a realistic budget and/or resources allocation

About the Speaker

Merging artist, strategist, and facilitator, Carley is an innovator with a relentless passion for helping individuals and organisations to prepare for, to embrace, and even to thrive in an age of disruptive change. Aside from a personal affinity to regularly reinvent herself, she spent nearly fifteen years juggling a diverse range of projects, roles, industries and areas of study across the world with longer histories in entertainment, organisational psychology, and marketing. She has worked with solopreneurs to Fortune 500s, partnered in three small businesses, and spent two decades as a professional performer. She offers a holistic, strategic perspective to questioning and a wildly creative approach to solutioning in any capacity with a keen eye on human impact, change strategies, and story design. Whether consulting on brand experience and engagement innovation, writing/producing original film and new media content, or working as a performer, each collaboration and creation is set on one goal: empowering the “idealist-disruptor” in order to intentionally build the best future possible.
