Don’t Go To Your Grave With It – Healing Through Speaking and Sound

Date: Thursday, 6th November
Time: [add time here if you have one]
Venue: Cally Resource Centre, 140 Copenhagen Street, London N1 0SG “Healing begins when we find the courage to speak.”

Don’t Go To Your Grave With It is a safe and nurturing space for women who are ready to release and speak about their experiences of sexual trauma. This intimate session offers compassion, understanding, and community — a space where silence can turn into strength and where every voice is heard with care.

The session will close with a 20-minute sound bath, led by Cyrlene B, to gently ground, calm, and restore after sharing. The vibrations of the sound help the body and mind process emotions, bringing peace and release.

This gathering is about healing through honesty, connection, and vibration, a chance to take one step closer to freedom.

What to Expect:

  • A safe, confidential environment for open sharing
  • Gentle facilitation and support
  • A 20-minute grounding sound bath to conclude the session
  • Light refreshments provided

Who it’s for:
Women who feel ready to speak about their experiences of sexual trauma in a safe and supportive circle.
