What if I don't want to sell right now, but some time in the future?

Perfect, the ideal time to start preparing is way before you want or need to sell. You will want to start preparing at least 6 months in advance, the ideal time however is nearer 3 years to maximise the value you have built up from your years of hard work.

I have already listed with a Broker, am I too late?

It's one of those situations that you are never too late, you will still gain some insight as to what to expect or how to improve your business kerb appeal... every little helps.

Is this online only or do you have physical, face to face workshops?

We are currently only running group sessions online, but depending on your needs we can help a business on an individual basis in person.

What will I get at the end of the Workshop?

You will have a downloadable checklist, with enough information to be able to start preparing a lot of the basics yourself.
