Get the feedback your product deserves, not the feedback your pitch earns..
We've all seen it, the snake-oil salesman who gets up, is confident with his words, has great delivery, drops in some funny jokes, maybe he even drops the F-bomb to shake you up a bit... but the product sucks.
Before you know it, you're surrounded by a standing ovation, he's presented a massive cheque, and you're left wondering if you've lost the plot...
The event was free and now there is a £5 ticket fee - what's up with that?
People that reserved free tickets but didn't show up were stopping others from coming along. Not only were we wasting the leftover food, but it wasn't fair on the people who missed out.
Obviously, as well as sorting out the ticket issue, with this small token of your appreciation, you enable us to continue doing what we do - It turns out giving away £000's of free food & drink every month doesn't work out too well financially!
PS: You'll still get all the free beer & food you have come to know and love :)

We're here to help
Don't Pitch Me Bro! is designed to get to the nitty gritty of business, not the hockey stick graphs and zero revenue models, but instead designed to help you ascertain where the next step may lie.
What we're really keen to do is to really try and help people struggling with any of the following problems:
- Product/market fit
- Customer acquisition
- Customer development
- Minimum Viable Product
- Product Roadmaps
- Funding Streams
- and much, much more...
There are a few simple rules:
- Be nice, it's not easy putting your dream in front of others
- Try to understand the reasons behind the issues
- A supportive network is crucial to evolution.
WHLabs has launched an Accelerator with the help of corporate innovation specialists L Marks, and we've been accepting entries for the last week from early stage businesses and thinkers. Having set up a unit that focuses specifically on working at startup pace in bringing products to market, we are entering the next Labs phase which involves bringing partners into our Shoreditch and Tel Aviv hubs - £25k per business accepted into the programme after Pitch Day and up to £150k for the winner. We're open to possible new products for our betting and gaming customers, ideally ones that enhance the "thrill of the ride" of placing a bet. We want to hear about how best to connect our retail and online offerings. And of course every day we process vast amounts of transactions, run scale digital marketing campaigns and onboard countless customers - all areas that are ripe for disruption and enhancement by smart people from other fields.
