Transformation leaders Forum season 2

We are excited to welcome members to season 2 of our Transformation Leaders Network.

In this series of 3 sessions during 2022, we will continue with our 'tear and share' approach to open peer to peer experiences and learning whilst adding in a dose of perspectives external to social housing.

In the first episode we are going to start 'hard' and ask ourselves the question…. If transformation programmes have a 78% chance of failure why would you ever consider doing one?

Paul's blog reminds us not to forget human factors, frailties and complexities, be open to considering that not everything needs changing and suggests we might learn to live with at least some of our imperfections. Finally he challenges us to put on the brakes if we need to and learn from our own and others mistakes.

In this session we will explore these key points in conversation with Paul and have the opportunity to debate directly the drivers behind his thinking. There will also be a chance to share peer experiences. We know from previous sessions these come from organisations of all shapes and sizes, at all stages of transformation and change and following and adopting a spectrum of approaches which will make for a great conversation but also a rich source of guidance advice and contacts .

We would particularly welcome contrary views from members who have delivered large scale transformation programmes successfully to understand how they have achieved this.

What is the leaders of transformation network?

The Leaders of Transformation Network is free to join for DIN members, it's all part of the subscription fee. Meeting virtually, the network is an interactive forum for people with responsibility for leading transformational programmes and initiatives for their organisation. This will be an opportunity to contribute, learn and support each other on your transformation journeys. Network members will be expected to share information about their organisational priorities and experiences to tease out challenge, success factors, blockers and un-blockers and common themes.

Our Network Director

The Transformation Leaders network is led by DINs Associate Director, Helena Moore.

She is accomplished in developing and changing organisational culture and alignment to strategy and purpose through new approaches to leadership, effective communications, engagement and collaboration. A combination that brings about change that people buy into and strengthens business performance.

Since 2011, Helena has been involved in consultancy assignments predominantly working with global innovation companies supporting agendas around leadership development, cultural change and customer experience across a number of sectors including pharmaceutical, utilities, engineering and hospitality sectors.
