A running tour is just what it sounds like - a guided sightseeing tour that takes place on the run! It’s a unique way to combine fitness and tourism, or to explore your own city. You'll join a running guide who will take you on a route around Glasgow, covering landmarks, off-the-beaten track sights, and the hidden stories about Glasgow’s past and present.

Routes are normally 6-8k at a relaxed pace, lasting 60-90 mins - exact details for each run are in the event listing. We’ll run at a pace that suits you and make sure there’ll be stops along the way to tell stories, ask questions and, of course, for photo ops! As a rough guide, if you can run 5k in 35 mins you’re fit enough for any of our tours.
