Dorset Eating Difficulties Peer Support Network December Group Meeting
Overview
As we near the close of the year, come along and create your own Wellness Box. What helps you to relax, be calm, be happy? A little bit of what you like can make all the difference, whether that is a scented candle or your favourite cup of tea. A wellness box is much more than a collection of products; it is an investment in overall wellbeing. By promoting self-care, providing convenience, and offering personal and emotional benefits, it's an effective way to nurture yourself.
All boxes and items are provided.
Our Peer support network meetings take place monthly and are an informal place for Adults (18+) with eating difficulties and their carers/loved ones to come along and meet other group members with lived experience. Connections are made by sharing resources, tips and strategies in a safe, relaxed environment. There is a different craft activity each month and all craft items are provided free.
We are just finalising the dates for next years group meetings and we will be increasing the groups, adding a daytime group each month.
If you would like to find out more and join our network please e-mail us at edpsn@optionswellbeing.co.uk.
